TBC was awarded the contract and carried out the ventilation work for Maison Simons' new distribution center in Quebec City. The state-of-the-art building comprises 470,000 ft.2 warehouse, 47 doors for shipping and receiving, and 110,000 sq. ft. of floor space.2 offices attached to the warehouse.
