Sous la supervision immédiate du directeur du département de plomberie, l’assistant gérant de projet a pour responsabilité de participer activement aux différentes activités liées au bon déroulement d’un projet et ce, de l’ouverture à la fermeture de celui-ci.
Assistant gérant de projets – plomberie
LE RÔLE DE NOTRE ESTIMATEUR(TRICE) :
Assister le gérant de projets dans l’exécution de ses fonctions;
Collaborer avec le gérant de projets et le contremaître/surintendant à la planification et au suivi des travaux;
Effectuer le suivi de la documentation de projet (correspondance, plans et devis et leurs révisions, suivi des dessins d’atelier et des fiches techniques soumis, rapports journaliers, photos, factures de sous-traitance et travaux supplémentaires);
Participer au processus de coordination en collaboration avec le département de dessins;
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les contremaîtres/surintendants sur les chantiers;
Effectuer un suivi sur l'exécution des travaux pour s’assurer de la conformité avec les plans et devis et en faire un rapport au gérant de projets;
Procéder aux achats de certains matériaux/équipements sous la responsabilité du gérant de projets;
S'assurer que la réalisation des activités sous sa responsabilité soit exécutée dans les délais prévus;
Assister aux réunions de chantier en collaboration avec le gérant de projets;
Participer au bilan du projet en collaboration avec le gérant de projets, le contrôleur des opérations et le directeur de projets;
Coordonner les inspections et contrôles sur les chantiers, l’émission des avis de corrections et de leur mise en œuvre en collaboration avec les contremaîtres/ surintendants;
