Sous la supervision immédiate du directeur en modélisation, le modélisateur a comme responsabilités de réaliser des dessins et plans en mécanique du bâtiment à l’aide du logiciel Revit.

LE RÔLE DE NOTRE ESTIMATEUR(TRICE) :
Analyser et diviser le projet en étages et/ou sections et créer les plans-clés en fonction de l’échéancier, et en collaboration avec le chef modélisateur (ou le directeur) et le gérant de projets.
Démarrer le plan à l’aide des gabarits et des fichiers des professionnels.
Créer les tableaux pour la quantité du matériel selon la maquette initiale.
Supporter le gérant de projets en préparant les extraits et la question pour les QRT.
Créer des plans de coordination selon l’échéancier.
Participer aux rencontres de coordination avec les autres sous-traitants.
Vérifier et corriger le plus grand nombre d’interférences avant la réunion de coordination de l’entrepreneur général.
Préparer les listes d’équipements pour les achats à la demande du gérant de projets.
Préparer les dessins/lots de fabrication pour les usines en sous-traitance.
Maintenir à jour les plans TBC en version pdf sur les différentes plateformes.
Analyser les directives pour soulever les impacts potentiels. Modifier les dessins pour intégrer celles-ci après l’approbation du gérant de projets.
Fournir les extraits de plans nécessaires au gérant de projets et contremaître selon les demandes.
Communiquer au gérant de projets toute irrégularité avec les plans.
Participer à la réunion interne de coordination avec le gérant de projets.
