Under the immediate supervision of the Purchasing and Logistics Manager, the Purchasing Manager is responsible for implementing purchasing strategies, ensuring sound management of the company's mechanical materials and equipment, and supervising the buyer.

The role of our procurement manager:
Develop and implement procurement strategies specific to the company's needs, taking into account technical requirements, deadlines and financial resources.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers of materials and equipment, negotiating prices and delivery times.
Ensure and maximize efficient inventory management by ensuring that the necessary materials and equipment are available on time for each project.
Work closely with project managers to understand the material and equipment requirements of each project and ensure their availability.
Closely monitor market trends and technological developments to recommend innovative, cost-effective products and solutions.
Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, establishing solid partnerships based on trust, transparency and respect for quality standards.
Ensure that all materials and equipment purchased meet project standards, specifications and plans and estimates.
Ensure that equipment production schedules are respected and deadlines met.
Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure that budgets are monitored and respected.
Contribute to the optimization of procurement processes and operational efficiency.
Evaluate the buyer through the Contribution Appraisal Program.
