Il veille à maintenir et développer un système qualité rigoureux, tout en pilotant des initiatives d’amélioration continue et d’innovation.

LE RÔLE DE NOTRE ESTIMATEUR(TRICE) :
Développer, implanter et maintenir le système de gestion de qualité de TBC.
Documenter et standardiser les processus et outils de travail.
Mettre en place des mécanismes de contrôle qualité, d’audits interne et de suivi des non-conformités.
Accompagner les équipes dans la résolution des problèmes qualité et le déploiement de correctifs durables.
Analyser les processus internes et recommander des optimisations basées sur les principes LEAN.
Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration et proposer des projets pertinents.
Supporter les équipes dans la gestion et l’implantation des projets d’amélioration continue.
Communiquer efficacement les initiatives d’amélioration et assurer un suivi rigoureux des formations et des recommandations.
