Sous la supervision immédiate de la directrice des ressources humaines, le responsable SST – prévention et culture veille à l’application des pratiques de santé et de sécurité au travail sur les chantiers. Il accompagne les équipes dans l’identification et la maîtrise des risques, le développement des pratiques préventives et le renforcement de la culture SST.
Responsable SST – Prévention et culture
Le rôle de notre responsable santé et sécurité:
Effectuer des visites de chantier portant notamment sur les risques, les méthodes de travail et les équipements de protection individuelle, représentant environ 40 à 50 % du rôle.
Intervenir auprès des équipes sur les chantiers.
Offrir du coaching SST sur le terrain.
Identifier les besoins en formation.
Réaliser et soutenir les analyses de risques.
Assurer le suivi des correctifs, incluant la désignation du responsable, l’échéance, la vérification et la fermeture.
Participer aux enquêtes d’accidents en collaboration avec la ressource en conformité et gestion interne.
Rédiger et mettre à jour les procédures et les outils SST.
Préparer les pauses SST en collaboration avec le marketing.
Préparer les indicateurs de prévention, notamment les visites, les observations, les correctifs et le délai moyen de correction.
Animer les rencontres de démarrage SST pour les différents projets.
