15 employees, including 3 women, become TBC shareholders

QUEBECMay 30, 2022 /CNW Telbec/ - In an unequivocal tribute to the professional rigor, commitment, leadership and entrepreneurial qualities of employees with remarkable backgrounds, TBC Constructions announces that 15 managers from its team are acquiring a stake in the company. This is the first time in its history that the 400-strong company, which specializes in building electromechanics, has shared its share capital with a group of employees.

«TBC's success starts at the front desk and ends with the boss. At a time when the company is in an excellent position, we want to reward effort, responsibility, commitment and loyalty. To move the company forward and make room for new ideas, we've decided to allow exceptional people to play an even bigger role», said Sébastien Pelletier, the company's President and CEO.

Of the 15 employees becoming partners, three are women - another first. They are Geneviève Contant, Sonia Deschênes and Sandra Morency.

«Giving a female perspective in a male-dominated environment is a logical extension of our business philosophy. Developing our organization in a society that values inclusion, and giving everyone a chance to shine, are in line with our ambition to be even better», he added.

Mr. Pelletier and his partners, Vincent Croteau, Rémy Martineau and Mathieu St-Gelais, also rewarded the excellent contribution of Jonathan Barbe, François Bouchard, Mathieu Cloutier, Stéphane Côté, Olivier Dumas, Simon Dupont, François Forgues, Éric Lapointe, Mathieu Leduc, Sylvain Lefebvre, Kevin Mathieu and Patrick Vézina by offering them access to the company's share capital.

«All these people perfectly embody the values of the company, but also this entrepreneurial culture that we want to develop».», concludes Mr. Pelletier.
