TBC was awarded the mandate and carried out the plumbing, ventilation and electrical work for the 127-room boutique hotel and Suites located in the heart of Old Montreal, overlooking Place Jacques-Cartier. The new eight-storey building features a glass tower that integrates with two historic buildings, the 18th-century Maison Edward-William-Gray and Maison Cherrier.
