TBC carried out the plumbing, heating and cooling (Lot CIC-22.01) and ventilation/air conditioning (Lot CIC-23.01) work on phase 1 of the New Hospital Complex (NCH), located on the Enfant-Jésus Hospital site.
The major plumbing work involved the construction of the thermal power station and generator building, as well as the installation of half a kilometer (500m) of piping linking the existing tunnel to the thermal power station. In addition, the use of BIM (3D Building Information Modeling) helped to plan, design, build and manage the scope of work more efficiently.
