TBC was awarded the contract and carried out the following work:
- Installation of underground piping for residual materials with a terminal and collection points ;
- Installation of pre-insulated underground district heating piping with leak detection system;
- Connection of all power plant equipment, including 4 x 1250 KW pellet boilers, a 500 HP steam boiler, two buffer tanks and a piping network with pumps.
