GMP Royalmount

TBC was awarded the contract and carried out the building's electromechanical, plumbing, ventilation and electrical work for the construction of the National Research Council's (NRC) vaccine plant in Montreal.

The Biologics Production Centre, located on NRC's Royalmount Avenue site in Montreal, is a new biomanufacturing facility that will be used to produce vaccines, as well as other biological products.

Thanks to new technologies, prefabrication and the involvement of site workers who worked 7 days a week, 18 hours a day, it took just 10 months to design and build the new plant.
