To meet the delivery requirements of the Hôpital Vaudreuil-Soulanges, TBC Constructions deployed its expertise in a context of accelerated execution. By carrying out design and construction in parallel, we significantly reduced delivery times.
This approach requires rigorous coordination using BIM tools, essential for harmonizing our interventions with those of other professionals. This includes the mechanical design of Pavilion B's thermal power plant (plumbing/heating), as well as the major electrical execution of Pavilion A (complete power supply to all 4 floors) and Pavilion B (complex electrical distribution from garden level to the 12th floor). The work also includes the pneumatic transport network for the entire hospital.
