TBC carried out plumbing, heating and electrical work for this 300,000 square-foot federal building. It is located on Avenue D’Estimauville in Québec City.

TBC carried out plumbing, ventilation and electrical work in a specialized metal recycling manufacturer based in the east end of Montréal.

TBC carried out ventilation work in this 145-room hotel complex of four buildings. Le Germain Charlevoix is located in the heart of Baie-Saint-Paul. This hotel was formerly known as Hôtel La Ferme.

TBC was selected to complete the electrical work at the Montréal Neurological Institute and Hospital, called the Neuro, the largest research and clinical care facility in Canada—and one of the largest in the world.

TBC was selected to complete the following mechanical and electrical work at the Lévis head office:

• Replace rooftop water towers and coolers on both buildings
• Replace the chilled water pumps, the glycol and water in the towers
• Modernize the controls

TBC was selected to complete the electrical work in the Grenville Germain Tower, includes a 143-room hotel section, a 40-unit luxury condo section and a commercial section. The complex is located in downtown Calgary, Alberta.

TBC was selected to complete ventilation and refrigeration work to redo the air distribution network at GSK, Project SF31, Sector 52.

TBC was selected to complete the electrical work in this hotel located on Boulevard de Rome, in the heart of the Dix30 district in Brossard.
