TBC was awarded the mandate and completed the electrical work of this 25,000 square foot real estate complex located at the corner of Saint-Laurent Boulevard and rue Saint-Catherine. The first phase of this ambitious project involved the development of offices, shops and a cultural space.

TBC was awarded the mandate and completed the plumbing work of the new Centre Aquatique Desjardins Granby with a surface area of 50,000 sq. ft. distributed over three levels. The aquatic complex includes three pools, two interior and one exterior, with four locker rooms and bleachers.

TBC was awarded the mandate to complete the electrical work as part of the transformation of the Commerce Pavilion into a public market on the Expo Cité site, in La Cité-Limoilou. The Grand Marché offers a unique showcase for merchants and local market gardeners in a large and bright space.

TBC was awarded the mandate and has completed the ventilation work for the new Simons distribution centre in Quebec. The state-of-the-art building includes 470,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space, 47 doors for shipping and receiving, and 110,000 sq. ft. of offices attached to the warehouse.

TBC was awarded the mandate and completed the ventilation work of Amazon’s custom distribution centre close to highway 417 at the eastern side of Ottawa. The 1,020,000 sq. ft. warehouse includes 99 unloading bays for trucks and more than 1,000 parking spots.

TBC was awarded the mandate and completed the electromechanical work of the hotel, which underwent major renovations. The project was initially to renovate all existing interior spaces. The 18-floor building was constructed in 1967 and six additional floors have been added to offer 136 rooms to their clients.

TBC was awarded the mandate to complete the plumbing, ventilation and refrigeration work of the new phase 7 for the VUE condos, which belong to the innovative residential project, located in the heart of Montreal in the Côte-des-Neiges district.

TBC was awarded the mandate to complete the electrical work for the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM Sciences), the largest university construction site in Canada. This impressive complex was designed to promote exchanges between researchers from different disciplines and offers students an exceptional learning environment.

TBC completed the plumbing, heating and cooling work (Lot CIC-22.01) and the ventilation/air-conditioning (Lot CIC-23.01) of phase 1 for the new hospital complex, located on the Hôpital de l’Enfant-Jésus site. The major plumbing work included the construction of the thermal power station, the generator building and the installation of the half-kilometer (500 m) piping that connects the existing tunnel to the thermal power station. In addition, the use of the BIM (Building Information Modelling) contributed to the planning, design, building and efficient management of the work load.

TBC was granted the mandate and has completed the electromechanical work for the 18-storey high-end building that combines 163 hotel rooms and 18 prestigious private residences. The Four Seasons is located in the heart of the Golden Square Mile, the new location of iconic luxury in Montreal.
