TBC was granted the mandate and has completed the electrical work for the new CHSLD with 72 beds built on the Centre Hospitalier Regional Du Grand-Portage’s grounds in Rivière-du-Loup.

TBC was granted the madate and has completed the ventilation work for the first net-zero energy Simons store in Canada. The new store was developed in Target’s previous location in the Galeries de la Capitale.

TBC was given the mandate of the ventilation work for the new 37-storey AC Hotel located in downtown Montreal in the Quartier des Spectacles.

TBC carried out plumbing and electrical work in this four-storey hotel that features 148 rooms located in Historic Port of St. John’s, Newfoundland.

TBC carried out plumbing, ventilation and electrical work a 23-storey multi-use building that is part of the expansion of the Ottawa Art Gallery. The project includes a hotel with 120 rooms, 82 condominiums and a theater.

TBC carried out plumbing, ventilation and electrical work in the hotel of 160 rooms located in a new 16-storey building in the Dix30 district, located along Highway 10, on the north side of the Square in Brossard.

TBC was selected to complete Phase III plumbing and ventilation work in this office building located at the Jonxion business complex near Quartier DIX30 in Brossard.

TBC was selected to complete plumbing and electrical work for one of North America’s largest hospitals. As part of this important project, we did work in the following areas: pharmaceutical facilities medical laboratories, emergency room, operating rooms, significant burn unit and oncology, etc.

TBC was selected to complete the electrical work to install new overhead cranes and a unified control room. TBC also performed improvements on the four boilers.

TBC carried out electrical work for the Galeries de la Capitale extension project in Québec City.
