Grand Times Hotel Laval

TBC is proud to announce that they will be participating in the ventilation and electrical work of the Grand Times Hotel in Laval. This 300-room hotel, of which the opening is planned for the fall of 2020, will be on the former site of the Center 2000 on boulevard Saint-Martin.

Montreal Insectarium

TBC is proud to announce that they will be participating in the electrical work to be carried out for the new Montreal Insectarium.

The building will be entirely rebuilt and is located on the Montreal Botanical Gardens site.

 

Hôtel L’Art-De-Vivre

TBC is proud to announce that they were selected to complete the plumbing-heating of the new 37-storey building, which includes a hotel and apartments located at Jardin Domtar’s former location in downtown Montreal.

Audi Sainte-Foy – Sales building

TBC is proud to have completed the ventilation and air-conditioning work of the new Audi Sainte-Foy building. This 36,000 square foot sales establishment is built on the original site of 2834, rue Einstein in Sainte-Foy.

Montreal Heart Institute

TBC is proud to announce that they were granted the mandate to carry out the work of lot 22.1 – Heating, cooling and insulation of the Investir dans l’Excellence (IDE) project. The modernization of the hospital will support the level of excellence in care, prevention, teaching and research.

New ambulatory care centre, underground parking, state-of-the-art training centre, modernization of the emergency and critical care units are just some of the aspects at the heart of the IDE project.

Le Germain Montreal

TBC is proud to collaborate with Groupe Germain Hôtels and to complete the electromechanical work of Le Germain Hotel Montréal, which will undergo major renovations. The opening is scheduled for May, 2019.

Gala for the official launch of the ETS Research Chair

As a partner specialized in building electromechanics, TBC is proud to announce that they have joined with ETS’s new Industrial Research Chair on the integration of digital technologies in construction.

This ETS Chair focuses on industry construction practices in Quebec via the research and implementation of new practices based on emerging technology platforms.

TBC’s goal is to show leadership in regard to production optimization and the exchange of information, while working in liaison with the other Chair partners over a five year period.

Tour des Canadiens 3

TBC is proud to announce that it was given the mandate of the electrical work for the new Tour des Canadiens 3 located near the Bell Center in downtown Montreal.
