CSSS TROIS-RIVIÈRES – PAVILLON STE-MARIE LOT II

TBC was selected to complete the electrical work to replace the primary medium- and low-voltage electrical distribution equipment in the Pavillon Ste-Marie du Centre hospitalier régional in Trois-RiviÚres. The contract also included duct bank work for Hydro-Québec.

TOUR DES CANADIENS

TBC carried out plumbing and heating work in the first construction phase of Tour des Canadiens which houses condominiums and is  located in the Bell Centre in downtown Montréal.

TOUR FRESK – COMPLEXE PLACE JACQUES CARTIER

TBC was selected to complete plumbing work in the new 20-storey, glass-windowed tower, which included 169 rental units, located beside the Gabrielle-Roy library in QuĂ©bec City’s Saint-Roch neighbourhood.

HÔTEL HOLIDAY INN MONTRÉAL ET CENTRE-VILLE OUEST

TBC carried out plumbing work in the 36-storey hotel and residential complex. The building includes 222 hotel rooms, 234 apartments, pools, gyms and underground parking spaces. It is located in the center of MontrĂ©al at the corner of RenĂ©-Levesque Ouest and Lucien L’Allier.

HÔTEL ALT WINNIPEG

TBC carried out plumbing, ventilation and electrical work for this 19-storey hotel that houses 160 rooms. The building has multiple conference rooms and a kitchen. The hotel is located in Centerpoint, just a few minutes away from Bell MTS Place, the arena of the Winnipeg Jets.

ABB USINE BINÔME

TBC carried out ventilation work to replace ventilation units in this production plant located in the Parc technologique du Québec métropolitain.

ENVAC QUÉBEC – LA CITÉ VERTE SSQ

TBC was selected to complete the following work:

  • Install underground piping for residual materials with a terminal and collection points
  • Install pre-insulated underground heating pipes with a leak-detection system
  • Connect all the thermal power station’s equipment together, including 4 1250 KW pellet boilers, a 500 HP steam boiler, two buffer tanks and a piping network with pumps
